Plaintiff was required to undergo several surgeries to restore vision to his once ruptured eyeball.

• $735,000 Settlement: Automobile Accident: Plaintiff was hospitalized for 1 month with sustained injuries to her chest and spleen with multiple neck and back injuries. She was a passenger in her husband's vehicle when they were hit by another vehicle who was avoiding a motorcycle that darted out in front of him.

• $700,000 Settlement: Automobile Accident: Plaintiff suffered multiple fractures to her legs and to her mandible requiring multiple surgeries when her automobile was struck by a tractor/trailer which jackknifed on the roadway and struck her vehicle. • $463,000 Settlement: Premises Liability: Plaintiff suffered a fractured finger, a torn tendon in her ankle, and subsequent Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy after hand surgery as the result of a slip and fall on a wet bathroom floor in the course of visiting a premises in the course of her employment. In addition to obtaining disability payments from her employer, a settlement of her liability claim against the owner of the premises was negotiated on the eve of trial.

Plaintiff herniated discs in both his lumbar and cervical spine, a tear to his right shoulder, and a foot fracture. • $375,000 Verdict: Automobile Accident: As a result of a rear end collision, Plaintiff, a young woman passenger, sustained numerous severe disc bulges in her lumbar and cervical spine causing radiculopathy to her lower extremity. Plaintiff received extensive conservative treatment and also received a series of epidural injections, and other invasive surgical measures.
• $370,000 Settlement: Automobile Accident: As a result of a rear end collision, plaintiff, a passenger, sustained multiple injuries. Plaintiff suffered disc herniations in both her lumbar and cervical spine causing radiculopathy to her lower extremity, TMJ dysfunction, and knee injury Despite initial efforts to treat her injuries with conservative measures, plaintiff ultimately required invasive surgical procedures for all of her injuries.

• $325,000 Settlement: Automobile Accident: Defendant driver lost control of his vehicle in snowy conditions striking the parked car in which plaintiff was a passenger. • $250,000 Settlement: Automobile Accident: Plaintiff sustained multiple cervical & lumbar disc herniations with radiculopathy to all four extremities. In addition, plaintiff struck his head in the collision causing permanent partial hearing loss due to perilymphatic fistula syndrome leaking spinal fluid into his auditory canal.
• $250,000 Verdict: Automobile Accident: Plaintiff was involved in a rear end collision causing him to sustain multiple herniations and tears to the discs in his lumbar and cervical spine causing radiculopathy in his upper extremity. Plaintiff underwent conservative treatment as well as numerous epidural injections with only minimal relief. Defendant argued that the injuries were not causally related because of the minimal impact, and refused to settle.

• $175,000 Verdict: Automobile Accident: Plaintiff seriously injured his back and shoulder in an automobile accident. The injuries did not resolve with conservative treatment and ultimately required invasive surgery. Defendant refused to settle, arguing that the injuries pre-existed and were not caused by the accident. At trial, the jury found in favor of the plaintiff.
